Process Project Manager - 80% to 100%

The Real Estate Department is recruiting, as part of the implementation of its strategy, a process-oriented project manager. In this capacity, you will lead an approach aimed at formalizing business processes and optimizing activities, in order to strengthen operational performance and service quality. In this context, you will intervene transversally with teams to consolidate processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the clarity and understanding of services offered to internal clients. You will analyze existing processes and identify pain points. You will collect and analyze the evolving needs expressed by field teams and propose improvement paths. In a logic of alignment with the principles of the ISO 55001 standard relating to asset management, you will identify gaps between current practices and target needs and propose common standards. You will model target processes. Finally, you will propose and implement mechanisms for monitoring, evaluation, and continuous performance improvement. You will operate in a transversal environment and collaborate closely with all employees of the owner pole. As such, you will facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders, promote collective intelligence, and ensure the proper appropriation of the defined processes. You will provide methodological and organizational support to sector heads and the real estate management and participate in the updating of processes. You know continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, the management and analysis of KPIs with problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa. You will support change and contribute to the development of a customer service culture and data-driven steering. You hold a university degree at Master's level (or equivalent) in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field, supplemented by a certifying training in project management. You possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a complex environment. During your career, you have confirmed experience in implementing processes and developing decision-making tools for activity steering. Throughout your experiences, you have developed strong analytical, synthesis, negotiation, and team-building skills. Certification in project management (HERMES.) is an asset. Practical knowledge of the ISO 55000 family of standards and its associated frameworks, applied to a complex real estate estate in operation, is desired. You demonstrate autonomy, great versatility, and a strong capacity for adaptation. Your organizational qualities, your pedagogy, your pragmatism, and your ability to work in a complex environment are recognized skills. Good oral and written knowledge of English, in addition to the French which you master perfectly, is an asset.
