Job Description Your Tasks Correct and timely monthly payroll processing Implementation of payment and booking runs including checks, mutations and special payments Processing of entries and exits, allowances, overtime, absences and other payroll-relevant data Settlement of social insurance, withholding tax, pension fund, accident and sickness cases as well as year-end declarations Maintenance of personnel master and payroll data in payroll / ERP systems Control and further development of time management and absence processes Consulting of employees, executives and line managers on questions regarding salary, social insurance and labor law Creation of evaluations, statistics and reports, for example LSE or BESTA statistics Collaboration with insurance companies, authorities, compensation funds, pension funds and external trust partners Participation in the optimization, harmonization and digitization of payroll, HR and time management processes Sought Profile Your Profile Commercial basic training with further education in the HR, payroll or social insurance sector Several years of experience in payroll processing Good knowledge of social insurance, labor and salary law Experience with payroll / ERP systems such as Abacus, SwissSalary, Navision, RTM or comparable solutions Very good German language skills as well as English and/or French language skills Exact, reliable and structured way of working Numerical flair, sense of responsibility and high service orientation Enjoyment of advising internal stakeholders as well as further development of processes Your Benefit Our mandates are as diverse as the companies behind them.
