This is an attractive permanent position. Your tasks You act as the first point of contact for customers for all questions regarding container transports, terminal processes and logistical services Processing and coordination of customer orders as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information Coordination with the areas of Operations, Planning, Customs as well as other internal interfaces Proactive support in solving operational challenges and customer concerns Maintenance of relevant customer and transport data as well as creation of evaluations and reportings Ensuring a high service quality and customer satisfaction   What you bring Completed commercial basic training Initial experience in customer service, logistics or a comparable position Strong customer and service orientation Structured and solution-oriented way of working Good German and English skills as well as confident handling of common IT applications   What awaits you An exciting workplace in a traditional Swiss company Interesting and varied tasks that can form a broad foundation for your career Good, fair remuneration Are you interested?
