Job Description

Your daily tasks include the mise en place, the preparation and plating of seasonal menus as well as daily dishes and desserts. You contribute to keeping the cooking station clean and portion the dishes before the guests.

As part of the regularly temporary assignments, you occupy a position within the kitchen brigade and support the kitchen manager.

Desired Profile

You have completed vocational training as a cook, have several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally in contract catering, or a comparable qualification; you enjoy cooking techniques and dealing with returning guests.

You can expect a cheerful team in an exciting and dynamic working environment. Family-friendly working hours from Monday to Friday, five weeks of vacation as well as generally free weekends and public holidays.
