As Team Leader of polymecanicians, you take operational and human responsibility for a team of approximately 10 employees. Your role consists of organizing, supervising, and developing your team while guaranteeing efficient, qualitative production in compliance with safety requirements.

Main responsibilities

Management & Leadership (30%):

• Supervise, support, and develop the skills of employees (coaching, versatility, evaluations, training).
• Ensure the daily organization of the team according to planning priorities.
• Monitor individual and collective performance (quality, deadlines, productivity).
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented team climate.
• Enforce internal rules, safety standards, and the 5S charter.

Production and Technical (70%):

• Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines (milling & turning).
• Program parts on CAM software (Mastercam).
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.

Profile

• CFC polymecanician (machining option) or title deemed equivalent: indispensable.
• Confirmed experience in CNC machining: indispensable.
• Skills in CAM programming (knowledge of Mastercam software is an advantage).
• Natural leadership, sense of organization, and results orientation.
• Ability to motivate, structure, and evolve a team.
• Team management experience: an asset.
• Proficiency with IT tools (Windows)
• Availability for 2x8 shifts (5h-13h / 13h-21h)
