Your main tasks • Ensure the secretariat of the two lawyers in the firm. • Manage phone calls, mail and emails. • Organize schedules, appointments and deadlines. • Write, format and proofread correspondence, documents and writings. • Set up, update, classify and archive files. • Establish fee notes and ensure administrative follow-up of invoicing. • Participate in the smooth administrative functioning of the firm. Profile sought • CFC commercial employee or equivalent training. • Previous experience in a law firm or notary's office, or in a legal environment, is an asset. • Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written, and ease in English, both spoken and written (dictation typing). • Very good mastery of usual computer tools (Microsoft Office) and openness to new developments to come (digital justice, EDM, AI). • Ease in writing and formatting documents. • Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy. • Discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility. • Ability to work independently while integrating into a human-sized structure.
