Your future missions

As HR Manager and member of the HR Board, you are responsible for all HR activities of the company's central functions ("Services"), which comprise approximately 680 employees. You can count on a committed HR team by your side to implement HR initiatives and thus contribute to the company's success. Your role will include, in particular, the following responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and develop a team of four HR Business Partners, both hierarchically and functionally
• Implement and evolve HR policy at a strategic level, as well as manage various projects
• Assume responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a scope of approximately 200 employees, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
• Act as a strategic partner (Sparring Partner) to managers for all matters related to workforce planning and succession, talent development, disciplinary management, and leadership
• Ensure the monitoring of long-term absences and support the reintegration of employees
• Actively participate in various HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement as well as the optimization of HR processes.

Your aptitudes and skills

• Higher education or continuing education in human resources management (federal HR diploma or Bachelor) and at least 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent role, ideally in an industrial environment
• At least 2 years of experience in team management
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Proven experience in change management and coaching
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and the ability to understand issues transversally
• Excellent communication skills, high reliability, and interpersonal ease
• Assertive leadership, ability to defend positions, and strong team spirit
• Affinity with digital tools and openness to new technologies
• Strong customer orientation and sense of service, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS 365); knowledge of SAP is an asset

Languages

Excellent command of German, both spoken and written, is indispensable. You also possess very good knowledge of French.
