A true conductor of the kitchens, you will be the guarantor of the development of the culinary offering, the quality of execution, customer satisfaction as well as the economic performance of your department. At the head of your brigade, you will know how to organize, supervise and unite your teams around a culture of excellence and self-improvement. Profile sought ## Benefiting from solid initial training in cooking, your career path has led you to exercise for several years the function of Executive Chef or Executive Sous-Chef within high-end or luxury hotel establishments. Used to evolving in demanding environments and managing high volumes of activity, you master both the operational and financial aspects related to the management of a kitchen department. Passionate about your profession, you possess a true sensitivity to gastronomy, new culinary trends as well as innovation.
