To strengthen our team at the Novotel Basel City, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement Receptionist (m/f/d) 100% Your tasks You are co-responsible for the smooth operation of the reception and guarantee our international guests a wonderful stay. In addition to check-in and check-out, your tasks include written correspondence in German, English and preferably in French. Managing the hotel cash desk and collaborating with all departments of the house are a matter of course for you. Furthermore, you are co-responsible for receiving and advising on all telephone and personal inquiries in the hotel. Your profile High level of service and quality awareness Flawless GERMAN and English skills in speaking and writing, any other foreign language is an advantage (ideally French) Resilience, flexibility as well as strong sales skills Strong guest and service orientation and joy in interacting with people Team player and passionate host, Preferably experience in a similar activity Good IT skills (PMS OPERA Cloud as well as TARS knowledge is an advantage) Do you see yourself in this profile?
