ATTACHMENT/LOCATION
Support team for the CMS of the APROMAD (Echallens, Prilly Sud, Prilly Nord, Oron, Cully, Pully, Le Mont and Epalinges)
YOUR MISSIONS
Team Leader - 60%
You ensure the management of a team of about fifty people, composed of versatile health assistants, ASSC and nurses. You contribute to the recruitment and development of employees, as well as to the proper functioning of the service. You supervise the planning of staff interventions with our clients, who present a disability or a state of physical or mental dependency. You collaborate closely with your center manager.
The position could be subject to evolution with an extension until 20:00.
YOUR PROFILE
Basic training in nursing and experience in various fields of care
Experience in home care, an asset
Management training, an asset
Experience in management, leadership and team supervision, an asset
Spirit of initiative, ease of communication
Good ability to adapt to significant changes
Ability to work autonomously and to deal with crisis situations
Positive attitude, open-mindedness, dynamism and rigor
Mastery of common computer software
Weekend Coordinator Nurse - 20%
Welcoming temporary workers and answering any questions they may have. Providing them with the necessary equipment and collecting it at the end of the day.
Receiving absence notifications from employees and organizing their replacement in the field.
Responding to client requests coming from the CTMG or field workers
Passing on HR situations that require it to the management on-call
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
Minimum 2 years of experience
Flexibility in working hours
Good ability to adapt to changes
Ability to work autonomously and to deal with complex situations
Good knowledge of usual computer tools
Availability on weekends
Driver's license
