Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisenbank Möhlin As the second largest banking group in Switzerland, Raiffeisen is a leader in the retail business with its 208 cooperatively organized, independent Raiffeisenbanken. Raiffeisenbank Möhlin is a successful and locally oriented bank with nearly 60 employees and around 9000 members. As part of the succession planning, we are looking for a committed, independent and entrepreneurial personality who, together with the Board of Directors (BoD) body and in close cooperation with the bank management, will continue the success story of our bank. The proposal to the General Assembly for election as a member of the Board of Directors will take place in spring 2027; the proposal for election as Chairperson in spring 2029. Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisenbank Möhlin What awaits you? As a member of the Board of Directors, you are jointly responsible for the senior management of the bank. In addition to setting the strategy, supervision of business activities, financial leadership, and risk management are among the main tasks. Upon taking on the mandate "Chairperson of the Board of Directors," your main tasks include: the assurance of proper and law-compliant senior management of Raiffeisenbank in coordination with the colleagues in the BoD body the leadership of the BoD body as well as the Chairman of the bank management, including the preparation, management, and follow-up of BoD meetings the conduct of the annual General Assembly the representation of Raiffeisenbank in public What do you bring with you? You can identify as a member of our bank with the cooperative values of Raiffeisen and also have a personal connection to our market area, i.e., the Möhlin / Rheinfelden region, which allows you to maintain an active network with various stakeholders from business, politics, and society. You bring proven professional experience in leadership and management functions and are familiar with the principles of Corporate Governance. Ideally, you have experience in retail banking and in the function of a board member. You are able to assess strategic issues holistically in an industry in change and contribute in a solution-oriented manner to discussions with the Board of Directors and the bank management regarding the further development of the bank. As the Chairperson of our collegial BoD body, you seek and maintain a constructive and consensus-oriented dialogue and bring about sustainable decisions even in demanding and critical situations. As a skilled communicator, you are used to making appearances even before large audiences and successfully conducting demanding conversations with persons from various stakeholder groups. You have the necessary time and flexibility to be available additionally in unforeseen situations; as a member of the Board of Directors approximately 10 – 15 days per year, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors approximately 45 days per year.
