What you will do: • Professional support and advice for seminar, event, and hotel guests as well as carrying out check-in and check-out including administrative processing. • Receipt, processing, and coordination of reservations as well as support in the organization and implementation of events. • Close cooperation with the housekeeping, technical, restoration, and kitchen departments to ensure smooth operations. • Ensuring an efficient and smooth process in the front office area as well as being a competent contact person for guests and internal matters. • Active participation in shift operation with flexible availability in the evenings and on weekends. What you bring with you: • Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism as well as ideally initial experience at the reception. • Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing; French and Protel knowledge are an advantage. • Confident handling of common Microsoft Office programs. • Highly organized, service-oriented personality with an independent, structured, and reliable way of working. • Well-groomed appearance, strong teamwork skills, and enjoyment in interacting with guests. For seminars and events, various rooms of different sizes for up to 180 people are available. The gastronomic area includes a guest restaurant, the Orangerie, and a vaulted cellar bar. The operation includes the castle park and the Gerzensee which invite guests to linger. You work in a 7-day operation, depending on the duty roster. Whenever possible, we avoid split shifts. In the evening and on the weekend, you are available flexibly.
