With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a 80-100% Further development of the IT strategy as well as planning of digital development in harmony with the hospital strategy Overall responsibility for a stable, secure and available IT operation including systems, networks, workstations and interfaces Responsibility for clinical and administrative information systems as well as coordination of requirements from medicine, nursing, administration and management Leadership and management of IT projects and transformation projects, infrastructure modernization or cloud topics Management of external service providers, negotiation of contracts and ensuring service quality Implementation of information security and data protection requirements including permissions, backup, recovery and emergency concepts Leadership and development of the IT team as well as management of external service providers, contracts, service levels, budget and IT governance Your profile: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training or higher vocational training with sound practical experience Several years of experience in a leading IT function, ideally in healthcare Expertise in IT operations, IT governance, project management, budget responsibility and security management Strategic thinking, leadership competence, high decision-making ability and communication strength Experience in stakeholder management and interdisciplinary cooperation What we offer you: Independent work in a motivated and collegial team that supports each other.
