Then we are looking for exactly you as: Site Manager Santé (m/f/d) 80-100% • Operational responsibility for support services for customers in the healthcare sector (incl. budget) • Leadership, promotion and independent recruitment of a team of approx. 55 employees • Ensuring high service quality as well as strict hygiene guidelines • Maintaining constant customer contact and being the first point of contact for technical questions • Planning, organization and optimization of all workflows incl. material management Qualifications • You bring a completed education as well as several years of professional experience in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management (ideally in healthcare/hospitality) • You convince through proven leadership experience, organizational talent and a strong "hands-on" mentality • You are ready to live the temporal flexibility of this management function (1st management level, 42.5 hours/week), which includes 24/7 availability as well as occasional evening visits to your cleaning employees • You mandatory possess a category B driver's license and your own car • You have very good German and MS Office skills What our customer offers you • An attractive salary (depending on qualification and experience) 6 weeks vacation (5 weeks vacation plus 1 week compensation) • In-house pension fund with a fair 50/50 split and above-average interest rates • Optimal social security with 100% continued payment of wages in case of accident and illness • Choice between a mileage allowance (70 Rappen/km) or the use of a pool vehicle • Targeted further development (onboarding programs, specialist courses, e-learnings) Do you feel addressed?
