Tasks

• Preparation of authentic Asian dishes according to our recipes
• Ensuring a constantly high quality of food
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
• Team-oriented cooperation with the kitchen team
• Shared responsibility for orders, goods receipt, and inventory management
• Carrying out cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
• Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
• Independent personality with passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• German language skills at B1 level in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus
