Your mission: • Creating and posting meaningful job advertisements with the right amount of creativity while complying with internal standards • Building and actively maintaining your own and sustainable candidate network • Analysis of the local labor market, recognition of trends, and testing of different candidate sources • Definition and implementation of efficient as well as high-quality recruiting processes and actions of potential applicants via social media (such as Linkedin), professional networks and through the usual recruitment channels via the Internet or job platforms • Conducting telephone interviews and personal job interviews with candidates • Clarifications regarding references and suitability as well as, if necessary, conducting tests • Support and preparation of the candidate for job interviews as well as accompaniment until the conclusion of the contract Your profile: • Completed vocational training and ideally 1 - 2 years of experience in recruiting • Proficient German skills in speaking and writing and good English skills. • Experienced handling of recruiting platforms and knowledge in Active Sourcing is an advantage • Winning personality with a confident appearance • Excellent communicative skills • Rapid comprehension, networked thinking, high service orientation and independent way of working We offer We also offer career changers an entry into a very varied and exciting activity with the possibility to acquire a valuable wealth of experience in recruiting and in personnel consulting and to develop internally by involving our ambitious and motivated specialists and internal training.
