Methods Project Manager

Missions: Methods Project Manager ###

• Analyze tender documents to evaluate their feasibility, identify constraints as well as the main risks and opportunities of the projects.
• Design execution methods, phasing, operating procedures as well as installation principles and 2D/3D site logistics.
• Identify critical points and propose variants and optimizations allowing for the improvement of technical solutions, deadlines, costs and work organization.
• Support operational teams in the preparation and execution of construction sites and provide technical support in the resolution of complex problems.
• Capitalize on feedback and contribute to the development, harmonization and continuous improvement of methods and technical standards at a regional level.

Requirements: Methods Project Manager ###

• Higher education in civil engineering, construction or an equivalent field (EPF, HES or training deemed equivalent in the construction field).
• Proven experience in construction methods, preparation or execution of complex projects.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, from Structural Work to All Trades (Tous Corps d'État), as well as the interactions between the different disciplines of a project.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, phasing principles, logistics and site organization.
• Proven mastery of professional tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Tilos) and standard IT tools.
• Knowledge of tools such as Synchro, Bexel or other BIM/4D solutions is an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to apprehend a project in its entirety.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with a capacity to identify variants and optimization opportunities.
• Rigor, autonomy and sense of organization.
• Team spirit and ability to work transversally with different professions and interlocutors.
• Good communication skills and ability to present and defend technical solutions in a clear and structured manner.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German and/or English constitutes an asset.
