Your tasks

• You are the calling card of our house and the first contact towards the outside
• Collaboration at the reception and operation of the telephone switchboard
• Telephone, personal and written contact with interested parties including conducting apartment viewings
• Ensuring the complete and correct billing of all services to residents and external service recipients as well as implementation of innovations
• Coordination of entries/exits, events, appointment coordination
• Management recording, invoicing, management of the main cash desk, correspondences
• Support of the management and the department heads (nursing, gastronomy) in administrative matters
• Forwarding of Spitex documents to the health insurance companies and family doctors
• Entering RAI data to determine the care level of residents and forwarding to the health insurance companies
• Accounts receivable management
• Checking and accounting of the department's accounts payable invoices, support of the other departments
• Support of the management during the monthly closing
• Personnel deployment planning of the administration team

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a commercial employee (EFZ) or analogous training
• Leadership experience
• Some years of experience in the commercial sector (preferably in a nursing home)
• Very good PC user skills (Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
• Good sense for older people
• High willingness to serve
• Diplomacy, discretion
• You possess good empathy and a quick grasp
• You master the German language confidently in spoken and written form
