Job Description ##

We are looking for a Management Controller 50/80% for one of our clients whose responsibilities will be as follows:Monitoring of invoicing and financial flows

1. Collect, control, and consolidate data necessary for invoicing processes between different partner entities
2. Ensure reconciliation between activity performed, services invoiced, and associated financial flows
3. Identify, analyze, and monitor discrepancies, anomalies, missing documents, and invoicing rejections
4. Guarantee the traceability of billable files and the quality of data used in invoicing processes
5. Design and maintain invoicing monitoring dashboards (volumes, deadlines, rejection rates, outstanding amounts, discrepancies)
6. Participate in the development and improvement of internal control procedures related to financial flows
7. Organize and lead periodic follow-up meetings with financial and accounting teams and relevant partners

Management control and financial reporting

1. Centralize, secure, and exploit operational and financial data
2. Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
3. Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators
4. Analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts
5. Identify significant variations in activity, turnover, or costs and propose corrective actions
6. Prepare analyses and decision-making support documents intended for management and stakeholders
7. Participate in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability analyses

Coordination of operational flows and activity data

1. Ensure the completeness and quality of administrative data necessary for transaction processing and invoicing
2. Ensure the monitoring of data flows between different information systems and business tools
3. Control the consistency between planned activities, activities performed, and elements transmitted for invoicing
4. Participate in process optimization to improve the fluidity of administrative and financial operations
5. Provide a coordination role in resolving blocking situations, incidents, or operational anomalies
6. Contribute to the development of activity indicators and the continuous improvement of management tools

Coordination with stakeholders

1. Ensure follow-up and communication regarding activity planning
2. Collect, analyze, and coordinate needs expressed by internal and external stakeholders
3. Control the consistency between activity planning, available capacities, and organizational constraints
4. Alert the financial management and general management regarding risks likely to impact activity, revenue, or service quality
5. Participate in working groups dedicated to the continuous improvement of processes, organizational optimization, and operational performance

The Successful Applicant ##

The Management Controller 50/80% we are looking for will bring the following profile and skills:

• University education (HEC, economics, finance, management)
• Additional training in management control is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control
• Excellent mastery of Excel and decision-making tools
• Mastery of dashboards and financial reporting
• Good understanding of invoicing processes and internal control
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills
• Acute sense of organization and priorities
• Excellent rigor and reliability
• Ability to work in a complex and partnership-based environment
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, synthesis, and continuous improvement mindset
• Autonomy, pragmatism, and results orientation
• Swiss nationality or residence in Switzerland mandatory
