What you achieve ## • You lead digitalization and automation projects in the area of partner and alternative distribution channels and lead cross-functional project teams and working groups to success from a technical standpoint. • You ensure compliance with project portfolio governance and further develop department-specific processes and standards for effective project portfolio management. • You support project managers as a sparring partner regarding methods and the achievement of Quality Gates within their project ventures. • You contribute best practices and further develop methods and standards within the project community. • You work closely with specialist departments, architecture, and development teams to implement end-to-end solutions. What you bring ## • You have a completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification. • You bring experience in leading classical, hybrid, or agile projects. • You have sound knowledge of project management methods and their application. • You think in a structured, analytical, and conceptual manner. • You convince with strong stakeholder management and audience-appropriate communication. • You are characterized by high initiative, strength of implementation, and goal orientation. • You combine analytical strength with pragmatism and solution orientation. • You are a team player with high social competence; industry knowledge in the broker or partner business is an advantage.
