Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for our donors and thus help to ensure the blood supply and save lives. What you can achieve Advise donors from the existing donor base and motivate them to donate blood Appointment scheduling for blood donation and data maintenance in the appointment reservation system Providing medical information to our donors (by telephone / in writing via email) Carrying out general administrative tasks (e.g., correspondence) Processing feedback from our donors What you bring with you Completed basic training and experience in the field of Customer Service/telephony Good MS Office skills Sense of responsibility, an exact way of working and high customer orientation Fluent German skills as well as good French skills Enjoyment of contact with people as well as strong empathy Flexibility for irregular working hours from Monday to Friday (no weekend services) What awaits you with us A spannend and meaningful activity in an upbeat team with appreciative cooperation.
