In order to strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a motivated, rigorous 1st / 2nd level support technician passionate about system and network environments. Start date: from 1 September 2026, or to be agreed. IT Support Technician (Datacenter and Hosted Services) Your missions Ensure 1st and 2nd level technical support for our shared hosting platform for our clients. Ensure ticket follow-up and document interventions. Participate in the operation and supervision of the datacenter. Collaborate with internal teams for the continuous improvement of services. Contribute to the integration and operation of solutions based on artificial intelligence (automation, assisted support, analysis). Your profile Training in IT (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent). Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration position. Good skills in Linux and Windows Server systems. Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall). Experience in hosting environments. Strong interest in artificial intelligence technologies and their uses in business. Good analytical capacity, autonomy and sense of customer service. Mastery of French (oral and written) and a good level of technical English Additional assets Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Proxmox, Docker. Knowledge in security (firewall, VPN, EDR solutions). Experience with mail solutions (SmarterMail, Exchange, Zimbra, etc). Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
