What you will do with us ##

• Leadership of the secretariat team with around 4 employees
• Organization and coordination of secretariat processes as well as duty planning
• Introduction, induction, and support of new employees
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient daily routine in the secretariat
• Active participation in process optimization and further development of existing structures

What you bring with you ##

• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of urology
• Leadership experience as well as a high degree of willingness to take responsibility
• Sound specialist knowledge and confident handling of medical terminology
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working as well as flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness
