1 General scope of tasks, objectives The buffet staff guarantees the provision of drinks for employees in the service. 2 Main tasks/main responsibilities – Work at the buffet, support the Chef de Rang – Preparation of drinks – Implementation of service processes, incl. HACCP – Monitoring of equipment and furniture – Carrying out cleaning work – Leaving the buffet in an orderly, impeccable condition 3 Competencies You have excellent Italian language skills and basic knowledge of French or German, depending on the canton of employment. You have knowledge of food preparation and hygiene regulations as well as knowledge in the field of gastronomy and wine. 4 Personality/characteristics The following characteristics make up your character: – Flexibility – Self-control – Stress tolerance – Sense of duty – Versatility, team spirit 5 Communication – Actively participates in the service meetings of the location – Ensures a positive team spirit
