HR Business Partner Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution Provide advice and support to executives on all personnel-related matters Be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle in the assigned organizational units Provide assistance within change and transformation projects as well as participate in events to Develop and implement processes, guidelines and standards in the field of HR What distinguishes you Tertiary-level diploma (university, UAS, higher vocational school) in human resources and business administration (the federal APF certificate constitutes a preferred qualification) Several years of experience with general competencies in the field of HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner High consulting skills, excellent communication skills and empathy Ability to think strategically and an operational approach Good active knowledge of at least one second official language In summary As an HR Business Partner, you will have the role of strategic interlocutor for our executives.
