This is what you can achieve. • As a teamleader:in in sorting, you are responsible for a team of 20-30 employees and ensure the efficient and high-quality processing of the incoming shipment volumes. • In a leadership duo, you lead and promote your employees, actively shape team development, chair meetings, and maintain communication and information within the team. • Furthermore, you schedule your personnel according to business principles, question existing workflows, and adapt processes if necessary. • Within the management team, you actively contribute your ideas and support the implementation of optimization suggestions. • You actively participate in daily operations and are ready to pitch in in a 2-shift operation (day/night rotating) or at a fixed working time in sorting. This is what you bring with you. • You have completed basic training in logistics or a comparable training and bring experience from production or logistics operations. • Thanks to your already collected leadership experience, you will quickly find your way in this function and are ready to develop yourself in a targeted manner. • With your pronounced team spirit, assertiveness, as well as high flexibility and resilience, you will score points with us. • Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (M365) round off your profile.
