You play a key role in the evaluation of individual situations, the application of the principle of subsidiarity, and the support of beneficiaries in their administrative procedures, while ensuring respect for the legal framework and the procedures in force. Beyond the administrative processing of files, we pay constant attention to the individual realities of beneficiaries, reconciling professional expertise, equity, and human consideration. » Your key missions You analyze and instruct files in order to determine the right to benefits in compliance with the principle of subsidiarity. You conduct return to assistance interviews and support beneficiaries in their administrative procedures. You draft the correspondence and administrative decisions necessary for the processing of files. You ensure the administrative follow-up of processed situations and contribute to the establishment of statistics and dashboards. You process requests received by telephone and by e-mail and direct beneficiaries toward the appropriate interlocutors. You develop and maintain quality relationships with internal and external partners. Your profile CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar function or a related field. Knowledge of social insurance, an asset. Excellent analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills. Strong communication and writing skills. Mastery of French, both oral and written.
