Your task ##

• Contact person for demanding first- and second-level support, both remote and on-site
• Provision and maintenance of modern workplace systems, peripheral devices and mobile end devices
• Installation and maintenance of business software at customers
• Maintenance of servers, clients as well as network and firewall components
• Receipt and resolution of inquiries regarding hardware, software and network malfunctions
• Close cooperation with internal and external specialists in third-level support
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions and checklists
• Active participation in various IT projects

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training (e.g., Informatiker/in EFZ specializing in system technology or comparable)
• Team player with a solution-oriented way of working, who also keeps a cool head in hectic situations
• Ideally professional experience as an ICT Supporter at an IT service provider
• Proficient German skills (C1) as well as good English skills (B1)
• Category B driver's license available
