In this leadership role, you will supervise and develop our donor contact centers and actively contribute to their support and retention. With three team leaders and a committed team, you will guarantee professional service and thus contribute to ensuring the sustainable supply of blood.

Your missions

• Assume global responsibility for the donor contact centers in Berne and Sion, as well as donor administration in Berne
• Lead three team leaders as well as a committed team and contribute to the continuous development of the organization
• Guarantee quality reception and support for donors, thereby contributing to ensuring the sustainable supply of blood
• Accompany the digitalization of the service and ensure a key role in the implementation and development of CRM systems
• Promote an empowering and positive team culture, by creating conditions conducive to service excellence

Your skills

• Holder of a degree in business management, with a specialization in marketing and/or communication (university, HES or ES)
• Proven experience in management and project leadership
• Great analytical capacity, structured mindset, and a strong sense of quality
• Good command of IT tools and proven experience in managing digital projects
• Excellent sense of contact, communication, and customer relations
• Very good knowledge of German and availability for regular travel to Sion
