As the central hub of our customer service in Tenniken, you coordinate customer inquiries, service assignments, and internal resources and ensure that our technicians are at the right place at the right time.

Your tasks

• Support of our customers via telephone and e-mail as well as first-level support
• Planning and coordination of repairs, maintenance, calibration aids, and installations
• Creation and processing of tickets
• Recording and maintaining orders and object data in the ERP system
• Verification of work reports as well as preparation and configuration of material
• Ensuring reliable and customer-oriented customer service in Tenniken

You bring with you:

• Technical training with good administrative fundamentals
• Experience in a comparable function, e.g., dispatch or customer service
• Very good IT user knowledge, especially Excel and MS Office
• Organizational talent as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit, and reliability, even in hectic situations
• German as a native language - basic knowledge of French is an advantage
