Internship Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Baar

At SEIRO, during a 3 to 6-month internship, you will participate 100% directly in operational recruiting. You will accompany candidacies from the search and direct approach through initial interviews and profile matching to the preparation of complete application dossiers. At the same time, you will learn how we use job advertisements, digital recruiting tools, and AI-supported processes in personnel recruitment. Our focus is on the Swiss healthcare sector. You should therefore have an interest in medical and nursing professional groups and be willing to familiarize yourself with their qualifications and specialist areas. The start is immediate or by arrangement. After the internship, there is the possibility of permanent employment in the event of appropriate development and mutual interest.

What to expect in this task

• Active Sourcing: You search for suitable candidates via networks, platforms, and databases and approach them directly
• Initial Interviews: You clarify professional experience, qualifications, workload, place of work, availability, and professional expectations
• Profile Matching: You compare candidate profiles with our open positions and search mandates
• Application Dossiers: You request missing documents and prepare complete dossiers for further placement
• Job Advertisements: You assist in the creation and optimization of our job offers
• Recruiting System: You document candidacies and keep data and interview content up to date
• AI in Recruiting: You work with various AI tools and learn to use them specifically in recruiting and content creation

What you bring with you

• You want to get a foothold in recruiting and get to know the profession practically
• Interest in the healthcare sector and in different medical and nursing professional groups
• Enjoyment of telephone and written contact with people
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
• Interest in digital tools and AI-supported work processes
• Initial experience in HR, recruiting, customer contact, or administration is an advantage, but not a requirement
