• You represent UMB in the market and ensure professional, customer-oriented support in the V-ZUG environment
• You lead the Customer Team V-ZUG strategically and operationally and take responsibility for team building, team development, and operational efficiency
• You ensure quality, efficiency, productivity, and profitability in accordance with financial specifications
• You ensure that agreed operational tasks are reliably implemented and defined work processes are adhered to
• You ensure competent consulting, support, and care for the assigned customer
• You provide interdisciplinary support for smooth end-to-end support of our customers and promote cooperation with internal specialist departments
• You are an innovation driver for your Customer Team and contribute new ideas for the further development of services, cooperation, and customer experience
• You take on leadership tasks such as resource planning, coordination of colleague assignments, recruitment, feedback discussions, as well as training and development planning
• You participate in leadership topics within the management cadre and actively contribute your experience to the further development of the organization

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed vocational training and bring sound specialist knowledge in the field of infrastructure and ICT services
• You have further training or experience in the field of service management, ideally with an understanding of frameworks such as ITIL
• You know service portfolios, service operating models, and the requirements in the IT service provider business
• You have several years of experience in the IT service provider business and bring leadership experience from a project or team role
• You enjoy leading, motivating, and accompanying colleagues in their professional and personal development
• You communicate clearly, appropriately for the level, and bindingly, and bring strong change management skills for cooperation and change
• You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You think in a service-oriented, solution-oriented, and networked manner and act responsibly
• You convince through a professional appearance, negotiation skills, and high identification with UMB
• You have very good German skills and bring English skills with you
