YOUR TASKS

• Functional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the Service Desk Fakturierung team in the outpatient service area
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality processing of invoice inquiries, rejections, and complaints
• Handling complex cases as well as clarifying tariff questions and differences with insurance companies, patients, our medical staff, and internal departments
• Optimization and further development of processes and workflows as well as participation in the implementation of efficient solutions in rejection management
• Functional responsibility in internal projects as well as close cooperation with adjacent areas and relevant interfaces
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information within the team as well as to internal and external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training as well as further training in the field of leadership
• Several years of professional experience in a hospital and/or health insurance environment as well as sound knowledge of outpatient tariffs
• Good knowledge of the legal foundations in the Swiss healthcare system, especially KVG and UVG
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the functional and personal development of employees
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and assertive personality with strong communication skills and a good understanding of processes
