Team Leader Integration Specialist (M/F)

You will hold a mixed role, combining direct support for beneficiaries and the operational coordination of the service, as well as leading the team of integration specialists.

Main Missions
--------------------

Integration Support – approximately 60 %

• Coordination, monitoring, and organization of support and integration measures (AI, DGEM, MIS-RI)
• Evaluation of professional reintegration potential, identification of resources and barriers
• Mobilization and support of the beneficiary in the realization of their professional project
• Conducting socio-professional assessments and writing reports
• Administrative management of tasks related to the activity
• Close collaboration with social and economic partners

Service Responsibility – approximately 40 %

• Supervise the team of integration specialists and ensure its management: skills development, setting objectives, evaluations, monitoring absences, and daily support
• Organize and lead the weekly team work sessions: Polyval and market trends, roundtable, ongoing projects, and information sharing
• Coordinate and distribute references and files, then guarantee the proper monitoring of measures regarding deadlines, quality, documentation, and care
• Collaborate with the Evaluation and Orientation service to ensure coordinated support for trainees
• Define, implement, and monitor activity, quality, and performance indicators useful for steering and continuous improvement of the service

Required Qualities
------------------

• Confirmed experience of at least three years in leading a team of approximately 7 people, as well as in the development and maintenance of a network of partner companies
• Unifying leadership and diplomacy, with the ability to put skills at the service of the team, to value everyone's contributions, and to manage complex situations
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and unforeseen events with calmness and reactivity, as well as to adapt with flexibility and openness to organizational changes
• Ability to uphold the orientations of the Fondation and to act with loyalty in the collective interest, prioritizing the success of the team
• Humility, listening, discretion, and spirit of collaboration, with the ability to welcome different points of view and to question oneself. Solution-oriented approach, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, accompanied by excellent writing skills
