Welcome to the focacceria

Since 2005, the focacceria has been part of the heart of gastronomy in Saint-Gall.

What started then is today much more than a restaurant: the focacceria also includes the Klosterbistro - by focacceria, our catering and events kitchen, as well as our Festlaune catering service.

You are not simply the person who organizes the service.

You are host, leader, organizational talent, and role model all at once.

You ensure that a visit to the restaurant becomes an experience and that individual employees form a team that works together.

You recognize where it is heating up before someone looks for the fire extinguisher.

You motivate, coach, and support your team. You maintain an overview even when the restaurant is full. And you succeed in making our customers feel welcome - from the first "Grüezi" to the last espresso.
