Menziken Exciting tasks await: What you bring: <br /> • You have completed vocational training (EFZ) in the commercial-industrial, social, or commercial sector and have successfully completed further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist with a federal diploma. • You also have further training in labour integration as well as several years of experience in integrated case management and counseling of job seekers. • You are characterized by high social and communication competence and have the ability to support clients empathically and in a solution-oriented manner. • You know the labour market and bring knowledge of social insurance in the AVIG and IVG. <br /> Your working environment At the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, we implement federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Labour Placement Act (AVG), and the Labour Act (ArG). The main tasks consist of supervision of industry and trade regarding occupational safety and health protection, advising and placing job seekers, and paying unemployment benefits to eligible persons. The integration consultancy advises, supports, and accompanies social assistance recipients, provisionally admitted persons, and refugees in their integration into the labour market on behalf of municipalities, social services, and the Amt für Migration und Integration.
