Manufacturing Technician

Under the responsibility of the Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be responsible for executing daily manufacturing activities in ISO 8/7 controlled environments, while respecting safety standards and cGMP guidelines.

Your main responsibilities:

• Perform formulation operations: weighing, buffer/tampon preparation, mixing, pipetting, and centrifugation.
• Prepare and operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
• Perform filling operations, bag connection, picking, and sealing of vials/flacons.
• Perform adjustments, format changes, and ensure equipment monitoring.
• Identify and react to malfunctions or technical anomalies.
• Perform in-process controls (IPC), cleaning, and equipment preparation.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and ERP data in accordance with cGMP.
• Report non-conformities and participate in corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Process teams.

Profile sought:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device production.
• Experience in cleanroom / controlled environment.
• Good knowledge of cGMP.
• Experience in formulation, filling and/or operation of automated equipment.
• Training as a production technician
