For our "Sales" department, we are looking for a: Customer Service Manager Context: Customer Service is a complementary team serving customers, notably to respond to tenders, orders, as well as other customer needs. A central department that acts as the link between Production and the market, continuous improvement of processes and customer experience are at the center of priorities. Missions: Active participation in the daily activities of the department (contact with customers, creation of offers and orders, etc.) in close collaboration with the Market Managers; Coordination of the department in order to ensure optimal service for customers; Monitoring of performance indicators; Management and point of entry for Quality management related to potential customer complaints; Continuous improvement of the service and its processes, with the necessary internal and external training for staff development; Profile sought: Proven experience in a similar position (ideally in an industrial field) Commercial training Good knowledge of SAP software and the Office suite Strong interpersonal skills and good ability to integrate into the team Ability to supervise a team of approximately 10 people Excellent command of French, English, and German (oral/written), Swiss-German (a plus) What we offer: A dynamic and varied position within a large group Concrete projects in the energy transition Stimulating and caring environment Attractive remuneration and social benefits Start date: to be agreed Activity rate: 80-100% jpid6993e56jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
