What you will achieve

• Independent processing of demanding business cases in occupational pension schemes - from entries and exits to retirements as well as invalidity and death cases, WEF, and divorce
• Competent and understandable advice for our insured persons, pensioners, and internal contact persons
• Ensuring high professional quality and taking on control tasks within the framework of the four-eyes principle
• Active participation in the standardization and further development of workflows, processes, checklists, and work instructions
• Participation in digitalization and automation projects as well as in the further development of our pension fund administration
• Taking on responsibility in technical and cross-departmental projects
• With appropriate suitability and development: gradual assumption of additional technical, organizational, and coordinative responsibility within the team

What you bring

• Completed further training as a Specialist in Personnel Benefits with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or as a Social Security Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Practical experience in occupational pension schemes and good knowledge of the relevant legal foundations
• Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working as well as enjoyment of demanding pension topics
• Strong affinity for processes, digitalization, and the further development of a modern pension administration
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to share knowledge and support the team professionally
• Initial experience in professional coordination or leadership is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
