On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Secretary (H/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will make copies and digitize during the submission of calls for tenders and establish folders. • You will make telephone reminders and ensure follow-up of subcontractors concerning transmitted offers. • You will prepare contracts and amendments. • You will monitor the payment schedule for the project owner (MO). • You will open and configure new projects in M-Files. • You will draft the minutes of the weekly team meetings. • You will update documents with the new visual identity / new logo. • You will manage the email box of the real estate manager. • You will draft various emails and professional correspondence. • You will administratively monitor the table of final invoices at the closure of projects. Your profile: • You have a commercial training with experience in a construction company. • You are comfortable with Office 365 tools; knowledge of the M-Files EDM is an asset. • You have good communication skills and are proactive. • You are flexible, resistant to stress and respectful of deadlines.
