People Partner (w/m/d) - Transformation & Change What appeals to you * Advising and sparring with executives on local operational and overarching People topics * Accompanying performance, talent, development, and succession processes * Responsibility for demanding employee relations and labor law issues * Support during reorganizations, change, and transformation * Implementation of global P&C standards into pragmatic local solutions * Collaboration with international P&C functions and specialized departments * Active participation in the further development of the P&C organization, processes, and services * Participation in transformation and change initiatives within P&C * Promoting collaboration between Business Partnering, HR Operations, and CoE * Ensuring high acceptance and sustainable anchoring of changes within the organization * Taking on an active role as a Change Agent within the People & Culture function What defines you * Several years of experience as a People Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable generalist P&C function * Sound experience across the entire employee lifecycle * Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and employee relations * Experience in international, complex organizations * Ideally experience with engineering, R&D, technology, production, or operations * Experience with change, transformation, or organizational development * Strong business understanding and high consulting competence * Very good German and English skills * Willingness to work at least 3 days per week on-site in Eastern Switzerland What awaits you What is particularly important to us We are looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and high standards.
