What awaits you • You independently process complex material damage with in-depth coverage and liability assessments in the area of motor vehicle insurance, bicycle & moped liability insurance • You identify and implement recourse possibilities, negotiate and represent your assessment to third parties and are effective in enforcing the claims of our customers in every area (liability, casco) • You have telephone and written contact with the insured, injured parties, legal representatives, and repair companies and also convey negative messages in a customer-oriented, friendly, and convincing manner • You critically question existing processes, actively contribute your ideas and inputs and help us to drive and optimize them What you bring with you • You have a commercial basic training (or similar) and already have experience in the field of private insurance • You have good oral as well as written communication skills, have strong negotiation skills and are characterized by a high willingness to provide service and resilience - in
