YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Support of our managers in all personnel-related issues
• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• Collaboration in the recruitment process from the job advertisement to successful onboarding
• Creation of selected HR documents
• Advice and processing of labor law issues
• Support with personnel changes and organizational developments
• Collaboration in exciting HR projects and in the optimization of HR processes
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as HR Shared Service Center, Payroll, and the specialist departments
• Gradual assumption of your own areas of responsibility

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Further education in human resources: ideally HR clerk with the willingness to complete the HR Fachausweis or studies with a focus on Human Resources
• Initial HR experience is an advantage
• Interest in labor law issues and the advising of managers
• Joy in working with people at different hierarchical levels
• Independent, willing-to-learn, and pragmatic way of working
• High level of initiative and motivation to take on responsibility
• Proficient German language skills
