As Digital Marketing & Content Manager, you will further develop our digital presence in the B2B environment. You ensure that the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and campaigns convey relevant content and create qualified contacts.

In Sulgen, you will work closely with sales, product management, marketing, agencies, and the CEO - from topic planning to evaluation.

Your task
You translate our products, projects, and competencies into digital content, thereby strengthening visibility, sales, and the continuous further development of our communication.

What you move with us.

• You plan, create, and publish content for the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• You further develop our website in the CMS and optimize content, structure, and user guidance with the digital agency.
• You design B2B campaigns with landing pages, case studies, white papers, forms, and follow-up activities.
• You coordinate texts, images, and videos with internal specialists and external partners until publication.
• You optimize SEO, SEA, and LinkedIn activities, analyze relevant key figures, and derive improvements.

What you bring with you

• You have training in marketing or communication, a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring professional experience in digital marketing or content management; B2B experience will make your entry easier.
• You are familiar with CMS, SEO and SEA, newsletter tools, LinkedIn, landing pages, and web analytics.
• You can prepare technical topics in an understandable way and independently coordinate multiple pieces of content and publication dates.
• You communicate stylistically confident in German and can also process content and coordination in English.
