The place of work is located in Lausanne or Bern and requires regular presence at the other location. The following exciting tasks await you: Analyzing training needs in sales and customer service and developing suitable learning solutions together with the specialist departments Conceiving and implementing modern learning formats in attendance, digital or as Blended Learning Continuously further developing existing training offers, in particular the basic training, the VBV certifications, and the specialist training portfolio Coordinating cross-departmental working groups and leading training projects with internal and external partners Conducting technical training sessions and accompanying trainers, coaches, and mentors Ensuring the quality, topicality, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone) What characterizes you: German as mother tongue and French language skills at least at level B2 Federal certificate of specialization in the insurance sector or equivalent education Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and in-depth technical specialist knowledge, ideally at the level of a federal certificate of specialization Experience in the development and conception of education and further training offers, in particular in the area of e-learning and Blended Learning In-depth knowledge of project management and moderation of working groups and accompaniment of change processes Good knowledge of sales and customer service processes and a pronounced customer orientation Ability to convey complex technical topics in a comprehensible, practical, and target-group-oriented manner If you enjoy working with different stakeholder groups, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and feeling comfortable in a dynamic environment, while acting independently, pragmatically, and excellently organized, then you might be exactly the personality we are looking for.
