• 21 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Bellikon Tâches ## • Participation in the transformation project towards the integrated management system (IMS) of the Suva clinics on the two sites - for example: • Development of an application for the documentation of the IMS • Process modeling and migration of documents • Training of employees • Administrative processing: • Management and control of documents • Management and documentation of inter-clinic improvement and corrective measures • Organization of satisfaction surveys (patients, prescribers) as well as internal and external audits • Support for risk controls within the framework of the ERM • Management and analysis of statistics • Assistance in the development and implementation of quality concepts and quality improvement measures with specialized departments (for example for the quality contract according to KVG 58a) • Assistance in the implementation and control of internal and external quality requirements and standards (for example ANQ, Hplus) • Participation in projects (for example Lean Management, file management)   Profil ## • Basic training in business management and/or in a healthcare profession • Additional training such as healthcare quality manager, quality and process manager or equivalent • Experience in quality management, ideally in the healthcare sector • Experience in project management, Lean and file management is an asset • Ability to think and act in an interconnected manner, with the ability to collaborate with people from different professional groups / stakeholders • Ability to communicate appropriately to the level and the recipient, as well as service-oriented, orally and in writing • Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems • Indispensable: Mastery of German at mother tongue level as well as excellent knowledge of French (bilingual) and availability for travel (Sion, Berne) Our teamwork is based on benevolence, trust, commitment and service orientation.
