For several modern garage businesses in the Canton of Aargau, I am looking for experienced customer service consultants and service consultants. We are looking for specialists who understand their craft, enjoy working with customers, and remain calm and solution-oriented even in hectic situations.

Your tasks

As a customer service consultant, you are the important link between the customer and the workshop. You ensure that the customer knows what needs to be done to their vehicle and that the workshop can work efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• You receive and assist customers personally, by telephone, and digitally.
• You accept vehicles and create the corresponding repair and service orders.
• You coordinate appointments and ensure that the workshop is well utilized.
• You explain technical work understandably and inform customers transparently about costs and repairs.
• You recognize additional service needs and approach customers professionally about them.
• You assess repairs and can estimate how much time a job will require in the workshop.
• With your specialist knowledge, you can think along with technical questions and, if necessary, also create an initial diagnosis.
• You use modern digital tools and are open to new technologies and AI applications.

What you bring with you

You have completed training as an Automobil-Fachmann/-frau EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in EFZ, or a comparable training in the automotive industry.

In addition, you already bring experience in customer service or as a service consultant and are familiar with the processes of a Swiss garage business.
