After an adaptation period that will allow you to familiarize yourself with our organization and our internal tools, your main responsibilities will consist of ensuring a professional and warm welcome for visitors, candidates, clients and partners. As a true ambassador of our agency, you will guarantee a quality welcome experience by ensuring the management of the telephone switchboard as well as the coordination of general messaging.

In this versatile role, you will contribute to the smooth administrative functioning of the agency by ensuring the maintenance and updating of personnel files. You will also be required to carry out various administrative procedures such as work permit applications, affiliations with social institutions as well as the follow-up of various administrative services. Finally, you will participate in the drafting of letters, attestations, work certificates and various administrative documents intended notably for authorities and institutional partners.

Profile Sought

Coming from the hotel industry, you have evolved within establishments where the sense of service, the quality of welcome and the satisfaction of interlocutors constitute daily priorities. With the benefit of hotel training, a receptionist diploma, a CFC as a specialist in hotel communication or an equivalent training, you justify successful experience in a reception, front office, guest relations or administrative assistant function. You are recognized for your neat presentation, your excellent sense of welcome and your interpersonal skills. Used to managing several requests simultaneously in a dynamic environment, you know how to demonstrate organization, rigor and discretion. Your service orientation, your listening capacity as well as your sense of detail allow you to quickly create a climate of trust with various interlocutors. Possessing a true team spirit, you appreciate human contact and are committed to providing quality service in all circumstances. A native French speaker, you possess excellent writing skills and perfectly master common IT tools. Proficiency in English, acquired in an international hotel environment, constitutes a real asset. Any other language will be appreciated.
