For our headquarters in Muri b. Bern, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an

HR Consultant 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You advise managers at our numerous locations on demanding personnel issues and support the HR department as a whole
• As part of Group HR, you are valued as a sparring partner, idea generator and implementer and are in demand in all phases of the Employee Life Cycle
• You actively contribute to operational HR consulting and support a wide variety of issues surrounding the Employee Life Cycle
• As part of continuous development, you are regularly involved in project work
• At the headquarters, you work closely with the Payroll and HR Support departments on operational topics

What distinguishes you:

• A completed vocational training as well as further training to become an HR Specialist is required
• Several years of experience in an operational HR generalist function with sound knowledge along the entire Employee Lifecycle, ideally in healthcare
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written form as well as stylistically confident German, good knowledge of another national language
• Strong resilience, quick comprehension, networked thinking and strong prioritization skills with the ability to process a large number of topics simultaneously and efficiently
• Ideally proven experience in managing small and medium-sized HR projects as well as a strong team player and hands-on mentality
• Willingness for occasional travel within Switzerland
