Technical Support Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks

• 2nd Level Support for service technicians (mostly remote, occasionally on-site)
• Function/error analysis and finding solutions, also in cooperation with other departments
• Handling technical inquiries from our customers worldwide
• Development and documentation of applications
• Checking technical documentation or training materials for correctness and applicability in the field
• Collaboration in the development of training equipment
• Accompanying/supporting hands-on training for installers and service technicians
• Participating in the further development of the department

Your qualification

• Technical vocational training (Electronics technician, Automation technician, Mechatronics technician)
• Professional experience in the area of assembly and commissioning of automatic door systems or similar industry such as elevator systems
• Experience in the area of technical support and/or training is an advantage
• Quick comprehension and solution finding
• Clear, precise communication adapted to the conversation partner
• Visual flair (for photo, video, 2D/3D representation) is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
